Replacement Spa Covers

After a great deal of experience and research, I decided to offer Extreme Spa Covers by Roberts Hot Tubs.  The Extreme covers are the highest quality full featured covers I have found, that offer the best possible value for your money.

Here are some of the reasons why I believe they are superior:

• The thickest, 6" R-21 insulating foam! (most OEM covers are 4" or 5" thick at the center)
• The strongest, 30 oz. exterior vinyl!
• The thickest, 6 mil poly wrap! - (Poly wrap encases the foam cores and is critical to prevent water absorption in the foam)
• The strongest, nylon tie downs and handles!
• The most comprehensive, four year warranty!

The 6" thick Extreme cover sells for only $360.  Additional charge may apply for cover measuring service.  Traditional 4" thick covers are also available.  Cover orders require payment in full when the order is placed.  Please allow 5 to 6 weeks for delivery.  All custom cover sales are final.

Remember to measure very carefully.  A slightly larger cover will still fit and work properly, a cover that is too small will not.  When measuring a corner radius, a smaller radius will always fit, while a radius that is too large will not.  A framing square can help make accurate radius measurements.  Please visit the link above and carefully review how to properly measure for a new cover.  If you have any questions or are not sure how to measure for your new cover, please don't hesitate to give me a call.  I cannot be responsible for covers that do not fit properly due to incorrect measurements.
