If you are not completely satisfied with your new hot tub, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. The returned unit and cover must be free from any damage. A restocking fee equal to 6% of the purchase price, plus the cost to repair any damage, may be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers normal spa transportation costs and product depreciation. Spa delivery and pickup requiring additional personnel, long distances (over 30 miles), or third party equipment, may require additional charges. Customers who own, are employed by, or have any relationship with another hot tub dealer, are excluded from this offer.
